How often you see your barber directly affects how you look every day. Waiting too long means your haircut loses shape and the beard looks untidy. Here’s a schedule based on our experience in Lublin.
Why consistency matters
Hair grows about 1–1.5 cm per month. After a few weeks, proportions shift and lines blur. A regular visit is also a great time to adjust products to your needs.
Haircut: every 2–4 weeks
Fades, undercuts and short sides look best refreshed about every 3 weeks. For longer cuts, extend to 4 weeks. If hair starts to push over the ear or is harder to style – that’s your signal.
Beard: every 2 weeks
After 10–14 days ends split and cheek/neck lines blur. A trim restores geometry. If you’re growing, we trim minimally to keep shape.
Details: moustache, brows, lines
Use your visit to tidy up the moustache or brows. Small touches amplify your overall look.
Before an important event
Wedding, interview, photo session? Book 1–3 days earlier – the haircut will “settle” naturally.
What affects frequency
- Genetics and growth speed
- Lifestyle (helmet, gym)
- Goal (maintenance vs. growing out)
Benefits of regularity
Consistently sharp looks, easier mornings and faster response to scalp/beard issues.
Summary
Optimal rhythm: haircut every 2–4 weeks, beard every 2 weeks, details as needed. Book a few slots in advance to avoid running out of dates.
